I like working with people there. No one pushes you for anything, they spend time with you, show everything you wanna see. They even opened one of the big trailers for only because our kids wanted to see it inside. I can't comment yet on the trailer we bought, because we have not picked it up yet, but our experience with dealership was amazing. Here is an update: came to pickup the RV, it was ready. When we first saw the trailer, there were a couple of missing screws, but on a day of a pickup everything was nice and tight. We got the full presentations from the guy name Jake. He was not in a rush, explained everything and gave a few advises from his personal experience that I thought was valuable, such as how to keep the mice away. They showed how to hook the trailer up, and I felt confident driving it back to Toronto. Will definitely go back when time comes for the new trailer.

We arrived at Leisure Days, with our eye on one trailer, and one trailer only. We had our number, and had a short amount of time to get the deal done. Pedro was our salesman, his honesty and friendliness is beyond anything we have ever encountered from a salesman. The transaction was easy and quick. Pedro worked quickly to get things moving for us, no hassle, no games, just upfront and honest. All the staff was very friendly and welcoming! We will be a return customer for sure! Fantastic customer service as always. Highly recommend Leisure Days Kitchener. My family bought our first pop-up trailer in 2019 which we quickly outgrew. We decided to trade-in and upgrade to a 28’ travel trailer and our sales rep Dave McClory was fantastic and very accommodating. He was able to get us an extremely great trade-in evaluation. The overall experience in the sales side and dealing with Bill Weir in the financial department were very straightforward and easy to deal with. Can’t wait to get our new trailer out on the road next spring.

This is our second time coming back to Liesure Days for a trailer due to the fact the first time was great. But honestly this second time around was even better! Hands down the best sales experience with Chris. We highly recommend going in an dealing with him! He was very happy to help us and answer any questions we had. He was super friendly and wasn't pressuring us. He spent alot of time with us to make sure we were making the right choice. Thank you for once again Chris!

During this difficult time it's very nice to see that Leisure Days was able to help me in a time of need. Covid has disrupted all our lives and has had an enormous impact emotionally and financially on all of us. IF you need any help ask for Pedro and Kayla if you ever have any questions about purchasing a RV. Setting up financing was a very easy process. They where both understanding and easy to work with.
