We're new to Hamilton and needed to get our van looked at as it was very noisy and the steering was feeling funny. Came in here based on other positive reviews and was extremely impressed. They were very welcoming as we walked in the door, took care of us immediately and kept us up to date the whole time. Their digital work orders kept us up to date in real time and Rick was very communicative, letting us know if there would be any delays. I was super happy with the work done and the staff in the shop and will definitely be returning when I have future issues with my vehicles.

Had my brakes, rotors and callipers changed in the summer and was really happy with the service and speed in which they were able to do it. Recently, I experienced some issues with grinding on the brakes and after contacting Right Way, they told me to bring it in so they could check it out. Not only did they take care of the issue immediately, they upgraded me at no additional charge (and paid for my uber to work as well). This type of stuff doesn’t usually happen when talking about mechanics but they really do seem to care. Very happy overall and will be taking both mine and my wife’s vehicles there going forward!!

Rick and his guys took amazing care of my vehicle. The minute I walked in I knew I picked the right place to bring my vehicle. They listened to what I thought needed to be done and didnt pressure me to get any additional work done. Overall it was a great experience and my vehicle is running as good as the day I got it. I will be back for sure and would recommend this place to absolutely anybody

Amazing service with great value!! Not even the service at the manufacturer's dealership has such efficient and personable service. Friendly and kind staff that are super helpful. Rick, the service manager, was just AWESOME and a pleasure to work with. The car was very well taken care of, and transportation home and back was provided while the car is being worked on. I loved how even thought it is a family owned shop, their technology use was top notch. I got a proper status report on the car with photos of inspection findings right into my email inbox while waiting for the car at home. They definitely exceeded my expectation and I will recommend them to everyone.

It was my second time visiting right away auto. Rick and the guys were professional, honest and very helpful through out the service. They even offered me a loaner car while my car is being repaired which was awesome and great customer service. They sent me a report with pictures and videos of all the recommendations so that I was very well aware of what needs to be repaired and Rick gave me further explanations. Good communication between the customer !! I'm very satisfied with the service and the price was reasonable as well. Would highly recommend to anyone !! Thank you for taking care of my car and hope to visit soon for winter tire change.
