By far the best experience I've had at any shop whatsoever! Amazing service, very good prices and knowledgeable staff. Obviously they have a great reputation already with all them reviews so have a look yourself. Best thing was the mindset of the owner and staff. They understood the view point of the customers and deal accordingly. That is one thing missing in most shops here in Ontario. There are 2 things a customer looks for: 1) price 2) service. This shop has both from my experience so far. I went to get my tires swapped so ill be going back for sure.

Awesome service and setting up my appointment was fast and easy. Adrian and the staff were prompt, exceptionally courteous and thorough. Competitive pricing and knowledgeable staff make this a go-to for all my future motorcycle service needs. Keeping in line with social distancing measures didn't detract from my experience at all. What an excellent experience! From the first phone conversation to the greeting when I arrived and explanation of the work to be done to the follow up call providing details on what had been discovered to the efficient pick up - I was delighted. And, the bill was exactly what I was quoted. I am impressed.

Bought bike stands from here. Adrian was very nice and professional. He knew I was a first time rider, and showed me exactly how to put the stand together and how to prop my Ninja on it to make sure it's safe and good to go. Appreciate it !

This business definitely deserves its 5 star rating. I was bummed out about having dropped my bike (new bike owner). However, I really appreciated the professionalism and service I experienced when discussing what options were available to me. I left the interaction feeling a lot better about my situation. They have definitely earned my trust on any future business from me.
