Second time I've been to electric avenue. They have been great help both times. Very friendly and knowledgable. Was able to order my parts online for pickup and they had my order ready the next day.

I recently found ebikes on the internet because I needed parts for my PB 710. I found out that they were probably the only place to carry these parts because my PB 710 wasn't being made anymore and this wonderful company had parts for me. The 2 individuals that I dealt with were absolutely wonderful to deal with. They went above and beyond my expectations for customer service. Not only did I get a great price on my parts they shipped everything to me from Ontario to BC expediently. I couldn't believe it I received my parts in one day. Absolutely blew my mind. Thanks so much Mike and Carmie you guys rock.

I have been coming to Electric Avenue for a couple of years now. They do a great job with everything. Except for 1 and that one thing is battery. I have had the battery replaced 3 times and I still get the same results. I had a 1 year warranty with with my most previous battery and they replaced only one cell instead of all four. In addition that cell was used. The correct way to replace batteries is to do all 4 even if just one is defective. I will still get repairs at Electric Avenue for parts and service but I will not be buying batteries here again. But I still will come for any repairs other than for batteries. I would recommend this place for anything but

I bought my ebike from here a few years ago now and I still love it.. When I bought my bike from here, this was the only place out of several i'd visited in the area that seemed to be honest with me, about realistic expectations with the bikes, and about the laws.. at least 2 other ebike shops id been to definitely lied to me, and one of those lied about the laws. This place was spot on with all the research id done. Its the only place that seemed to have it together and cares about customer support and service. The owner talked with me for hours to answer all my questions and was very patient. So far they've been true to the warranty as well, however not everything is covered (like brakes), but this might also depend on the bike supplier. I have had to bring it in for minor repair (brake issue), they were quick in getting the work done, pricing was reasonable for the work i needed This was the only place I felt safe about buying my bike. It is very likely this is where ill buy my next one in a few years when i decide i want a new one. Good selection too, there was one for me and they helped me figure out which one, and i have no regrets
