The staff is amazing. Sales people are low-pressure and educational. Book a test ride with them! They'll take care of you. There is a great selection of accessories and gear. And their service department is friendly, fast, and skilled! Happy to say I bought my first Triumph from Sturgess

Looking for a helmet has been challenging this summer, I'd pretty much given up finding assistance to get the right size and shape. I stopped by Sturgess only because I was in the area and I could not believe the amount of time that multiple staff members committed in order to help me. It was nice to feel so valued and I will definitely do my best to become a regular customer.

Friendly staff. Great selection. Everything is 10%+ more expensive than Fortnine so you're better off ordering online. REALLY expensive Mechanics. No parking. Update 2020: There still isn't any parking but I'm adding another star to my review. The staff are friendly every time and its the easiest place to order Honda OEM parts for my bikes.

AMAZING shop to take your motorcycle for repair. Ian is a miracle worker that gets repairs done so quickly and perfectly that you would be shocked because it would feel like he just brought the bike in. During busy times like these, if you need quick repairs it would take a little bit of time to see them but it is worth every single minute you spend there. Paul is another service guy that showed great customer service. Even the store front staff have been nothing but friendly and informative. I recommend this shop to everyone! Thanks for your help
