While I didn't end up purchasing a bike from them. Speaking with Rick Start was a joy. He was open to conversation about the bike I was looking at and some other bikes that would fit my requirements. Also provided a lot of good pointers for a new rider. Would definitely consider going back to Rick when I'm ready to upgrade.

Extraordinary service by its staff, both in motorcycle sales (Rick) and accessories, in the two departments I have needed help in. In the accessories department, they will research for you if they don't have what you are looking for (thank you Nick Fafard !). Prices are reasonable and the quality of what they sell is great. Really knowledgeable staff. I've benefited from their experience greatly.
