The experience was not perfect for a first time boat buyer but here is why I still decided to give it 5 stars. We worked with Tom. My expectations for sales with cars/boats are generally low so I got a lot more service than I expected. Firstly, the boat we were purchasing ended up having a lien on it. Originally we thought there was one owner but ended up being two. The dealership resolved the issue promptly and we lost only one perfect boating weekend. We had a small compensation for that but not as much as originally promised. However, I already expected that anyhow. By my standards, he went above and beyond of what is expected to make sure we are comfortable and have the knowledge needed before taking the boat off their lot. Tom was responsive and helped us to answer all questions. He made himself available when needed and he works hard. I would come back again and work with Tom for our next boat.

We first contacted Tom in 6 months ago looking for a boat. We put in an offer but the mechanic found many issues with it. Tom has helped us through looking at many boats since and is always very honest about the negatives and positives. We have met quite a few boat dealers and we never felt we could trust them, but not with Tom. My husband Tyler and I will always come to Tom first when looking to buy a boat.
