Staff are awesome...super friendly, and outgoing. Fast and professional service. I always rent from this location in LaSalle. Only issue is booking a vehicle online and arriving and it not be available. But this is a online site issue with Enterprise...staff members have always rectified the issue satisfactorily.

Most pleasant experience I've had with a car rental Agency. The staff is amazing - willing to go the extra mile to say the least. This is my first time renting with Enterprise; but after this experience, it is definitely my go-to. I wish I could remember the name of the agent who I dealt with - he has been both welcoming and understanding - in fact, this is what made the experience great and the reason I will be returning.
