Rented a Toyota Camry for 3 weeks from Dorval airport. Pickup arranged outside office, car clean and disinfected - very efficient Car almost new. Staff very helpful - helped me set up my iPhone to use car screen for CarPlay and had best Navigation instructions using Google maps. Drove to Montréal from Laurentians daily - easy ride. Drop off early morning for flight very easy

Upon pickup at the Montreal airport location, the guy working behind the desk was being verbally brutalized my some disgruntled customer which was obviously taking his concerns out on this poor guy like it was his personal fault for a mix up which happened due to an over demand. The rep kept his cool and dealt with the individual in a polite and professional manner so good on him. When my turn came about he was equally apologetic and sincere regardless of the previous altercation. My vehicle of choice was not available but gave me an upgrade at no additional cost. Couldn't be happier with the service and the etiquette of the poor guy that was victimized. Clean car and he made every effort to get me on my way as quickly as possible.

Once again, I felt valued renting with Enterprise. The folks at the Montreal airport location were welcoming and when I had to wait longer than expected for my car they were thoughtful about my time and made it up to me by offering an add on free of charge. Then later when I asked to change my rental dates and drop off location, they were helpful and made the process easy. The employee at the Chateauguay location where I returned the car was also extremely welcoming and helpful. I almost felt bad that we bought a car and won't be renting again any time soon. :D
