Went into the Shawnessy location to fix a nail in my tire. I have to say that Ray went above and beyond with his customer service. Every customer he was dealing with that came in he fully explained everything that had been done and also given his direct number to ensure every customer was satisfied with their service. He made sure that my vehicle was taken care of in the quickest manner possible and also was giving me updates along the way. By far the best customer service in a Kal-tire. 5 star service for sure

Ray made my experience less stressful. He was knowledgeable about the products offered. He explained in terms that I understood exactly the issue with my car. He worked with me to find a solution and followed up to ensure the work had been done to my expectations. I appreciated his individualized approach. I would recommend to all my friends The only issue I would say is that there needs to be more support front end to answer phones. While I was waiting I watched as the attendant struggled with multiple calls all needing his undivided attention. He was very knowledgeable and friendly to everyone he interacted with but it did take almost 25 minutes from when I walked through the door to greet and complete my payment. I’m sure it is difficult for clients on the other end of the phone waiting on hold for such extended periods of time

Both Ray and Curtis(??) were excellent with their customer service. Tires look great and my car seat was even returned to the same position. The only thing I had qualms with was the price. I confirmed that the tires were a certain amount and reiterated multiple times that this was the only cost correct? Yes I was told it was and it would be under a certain amount. Was a little peeved to pick up my car only to find out there was a $20 charge per tire to put them on. I thought I was pretty clear when I asked is that the only charge but I guess it's only $80. I did have to re-mention the AMA discount but Curtis (again I think that's his name?) was happy to fix the price for me. Everyone was pleasant to deal with for sure.

I highly recommend this location. Ray went above and beyond to ensure my tires were fixed in a timely manner. They managed to get me in right away as I was supposed to be leaving on vacation. He consistently provided me with updates while they were fixing my tires. Very impressed with their customer service.

I had my car winter tires installed 2 weeks ago. Great customer service by Ray. Had tire sensor issue which was resolved by Ray and additional fee on replacement of sensor was waived. Very busy place and seems understaffed. Existing associates are too busy looking after constant phone calls, In-store customers and going outside to check customer vehicles. More staff must be available especially on weekends. Existing associates work above and beyond to assist customers. Some backup should be planned for busy days to avoid longer wait times.
