Coming from Montreal, it was worth it to buy the car in Quebec City. I had a great experience with William and will definitely recommend him to everyone. I do have some advice to give: - He asked me 4 times in a span of a week what type of wheels my trade-in BMW had. I get that it's busy since this is during Covid-19, and you are short staffed. However, the answer didn't change each time; might be best to write it down the first time - I suggest to look at the vehicle the client is buying before they arrive to make sure it's ready to go. My 3 series was missing the car mats, the winter tires that were included in the sale, and the tow eye cap at the front. They made sure I left with everything I was missing (except for the tires. However, as an exception, they shipped them the next day to my home making sure I got what was promised in the deal). This still does not change the 5-star review they deserve. It was easy communicating with William either by phone, text or email (including over the weekend). I got taken seriously as a client too (being a woman...). And although people will complain saying visiting a dealer in Quebec City is far from Montreal, I got to drive my X5 for the last time and leave with my 3 series and get to really test it out, and it was worth it! We definitely plan on doing business with BMW Ville de Québec again.
