I brought my car in to mount and balance 2 winter tires. Unfortunately they weren't able to rotate my cars tires due to 3 seized lug nuts. They were afraid of breaking the wheel studs and leaving me stranded. Fortunately I wasn't in desperate need of my car and was able to leave it with them overnight. Before the end of the day they had successfully rotated the tires without breaking the studs. I was thankful for not having to make a second appointment or pay any excess fee's. Also, Kal tires ability to work around their incredibly busy workload this time of year. Thank you Kal Tire!
