I bought my KTM from another dealer ... at the 1000K service mark I tried multiple times to contact them and schedule a service, nobody got back to me. Sent an email to Cycle Works and Dylan got back to me the same day, and dealt patiently with the weather delays before I could finally ride the bike there. Service done in a couple of hours, emails sent to let me know, $70 cheaper than I was quoted from the other place, all good! I'll keep using Cycle Works because the customer care is 100% better than the other guys.

Just got back from cycle works Calgary with the second bike I bought from them this year! First bike I bought was a brand new KTM Duke 690 which was priced awesome! Dealt with Dave Anderson who is extremely personable and does not pressure you at all to buy anything until you are ready. Dave took the time to field my questions over a matter of months in regards to the bike and at no time did he give me the impression that I was not a valuable customer even though it took quite awhile for me to commit to buying the bike. Long story short my experience was excellent with Dave and the dealership as a whole and because I loved the Duke so much I decided to buy it's middleweight brother the 790 as well!!!! I've had over 40 bikes in my lifetime so far at the ripe age of 54 and owned everything from Zx14's to V Maxes to Fjr 1300's and I can say that these 2 duke's are some of the funniest bikes I have ever owned!!!! All in all I will continue to recommend Cycle Works Calgary to people I know. Fantastic dealership and great service! Side note I live in Leduc and the service is so good I don't mind the drive down even though I could get the same products here in Edmonton.

I had issues with my quad. The local dealership I used previously is no more. I traveled to north Calgary and spoke to the service writer. I explained what was wrong. He made some very solid recommendations. He gave me a list of parts to pick up. His advise was accurate. I'm back up and running again. Thanks for the great advise..

Love the parts department. Best shop in town. I highly recommend this shop. If for any reason you are not happy talk to the manager. He will do his best to make things right.

Great place and very well organized. You can always rely on cycle works for having parts and gear! And there’s a lot of nice staff especially Shelby who helped me out today.
