PRO-AM Motorsports

Very personable staff. I was just looking around while kid was doing martial art. I am not yet in the market for a bike. However, when I am I will for sure go visit the staff in spring . They were very friendly and informative. It was a refreshing change from one of the other dealerships I had been to a month or so ago in the south of Calgary!

Bought two sleds - a Yamaha Mountain Max and a Yamaha Snow Scoot. Full price, no argue. Sales guy was ok but didn't have much knowledge of snowmobiles. The business office was great and not pushy. When I picked up the sleds, I was told they had a full tank of gas, which you would expect of a new delivery. They were both empty and they didn't even bother as much as to fill up the oil tank on my two stroke Mountain Max. Zero snowmobile gear available as well. Come on Pro-AM, if you're going to do something, do it right.

I had never been to the store before but I decided to give them a call and see if they had what I was looking for. (I own a Can-Am so I wasn't expecting them to have much) Once I called I was greeted by possibly one of the best situations of customer service I've ever had. Mike from the parts section was so helpful and polite I decided to cancel my plans and go right to the store. Once I got there he knew exactly who I was and exactly what I was looking for with other options for my ATV as well. Much appreciated! He even went as far as helping me in other sections of the store and honestly I couldn't ask for a better time, he even mentioned that he had only just started a few days ago at Pro Am and I would've never guessed that by how knowledgeable, fluent and professional he was. I will 110% be going back because of the excellent service I got from him. Great job Mike! :)
