Excellent and efficient service!! Walked in and was instantly greeted with such enthusiasm and kindness. I had a list of questions and Eddie was able to answer all my questions and go well beyond by understanding my needs and goals to recommend me a suitable vehicle!! I was so amazed by his services and was thankful to have someone so detail oriented look after me!!! I will continue to go to Eddie for all future purchases and have gotten my father in law to see him as well! Very very good experience! Love my car and the service that came with it.

Went in looking for a Chrysler 300 to replace the one i lost in an accident. As soon as i walked in through the doors i was greeted by a friendly gentle-men, He introduced me to Adam Rapier and from the start you can tell Adam is a respectable human being, his customer service is outstanding and by far the best I've ever experienced. He was not pushy or aggressive and let me take my time when it came to getting a car, we connected right from the start and i honestly don't think there is anything he could have done to make everything go so smoothly. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING SERVICE FROM BOTH HIM AND ROBERT BUSH. Thank you to the whole team at Ontario Chrysler, everyone was super friendly and helpful. no doubt in my mind that any time i need a car for friends or family this is the place i will send them.

This is my service centre of choice! Years ago I owned a Chevrolet, it was unfortunately hit while I was at work. I worked nearby and my insurance company gave me a list of recommended repair places and I initially chose Ontario Chrysler for its proximity. The work they did was fantastic. Seeing the car come out of the vehicle bay looking almost mint was such a wonderful relief. They treated that car with care and respect! Left a lasting impression. Fast forward to 2 weeks ago - I was fortunate enough to come across a Charger that was too good to pass up. And sure enough who did I think to bring it to for some service? Ontario Chrysler! I had a rough idea as to what needed to be done to the vehicle - without having to even say too much they diagnosed the issue and it was super straightforward getting the repair priced out and done. I didn't even have an appointment! I'm now back for my second time this week having some more stuff done! I will definitely be coming back here for pretty much all my needs. Deepak is my service tech and he's been incredibly helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks for making this a smooth experience!

I walked in to get a price and ended up buying a truck. They say this is the number one volume dealer and it must be true. Every one that helped me and made transaction smooth. From the minute I walked in Dave was a great help and gave me a better truck then I was looking for for the price. Mathew the financial manger was very knowledgeable and got everything approved and didn't hustle me to buy a thing extra as I told him on a budget and he respected that.
