I saw an ad posting for a 2011 Mustang GT and sent off an email, within 10 minutes i got a call back from a sales person (Mike). I arranged to go up and see the car that day. From the moment i got there i felt welcomed. Mike was very helpful and getting me what i wanted and walked me through the whole process. The owner and i joked about how they got the vehicle in and he hasn't even been able to sit in it, i offered him one last chance before i buy it. We had a good laugh. Onto finance. Gary, what a guy. He really helped pull this deal through and made sure i felt comfortable before signing anything. I recommend Milburn autosales to anyone looking for a showroom ready vehicle. I would definitly buy a vehicle from here again.

If I could give higher than 5 stars I would. Dom was my salesman, I told him my “wants and needs” and which car on their website I wanted to see. Without hesitation he grabbed the keys and brought me outside to see it. Ended up spitting another car nearby that I loved at first site. A 2017 Kia Forte. As part of the deal Milburn’s was tinting the windows for me. A few weeks later I was pulled over for the tint covering the brake light in my back window. When I informed Milburn’s and asked them to fix it. They didn’t bat an eye. They scheduled me a time to drop the car off for the tint guy to fix it, at no cost to me. Plus they gave me a loaner for free to use for the day. Along the same time as this I had a few issues with the headlights not shining down the road very well. Todd in service had the techs adjust and aim the headlights a few times, again at no charge to me. By far the best experience I’ve ever had buying a car. Never felt so cared for my a group of people. I will 150% be coming back for life for all my future vehicles.

5/5. Would give 100/5 if I could. I did not think it was possible to have such a fantastic experience buying a car. I worked with Dom and Gary, and they were extremely helpful and kind. At this establishment, you get honesty. No BS. I did my research on both my car and the car I purchased coming in here - and Milburn exceeded my expectations by miles. I’ve told everyone I know about this place. If you don’t stop here when buying a car, you are crazy!

Love my new car, 2019 Honda, Robert was fantastic. He let me decided without any interference and had plenty of patience..lol. He has the same appreciation of cars like his dad and his dad was picky about what he sold and stood behind his word, over 40 years now.
