Ben Kennedy was absolutely amazing to work with. He was extremely patient with my work schedule and timing test drives. He even came in on his day off to help me find the right vehicle. The atmosphere of CarOne was relaxing and there was no feeling of pressure at anytime with any of the staff. I would definitely recommend seeking out Ben if you're looking for a vehicle.

I purchased a vehicle from CarOne Kingston recently. I dealt with Leslie Brown who made the whole process smooth from start to finish. Every request I had was accommodated and every step of the sales process was explained thoroughly by Leslie. She even took the time to let us know about popular attractions to visit as we came from out of town. The dealership experience is above average as they have many features to entertain you while you wait such as a pool table, video games and message chairs to name a few. Also, kudos to whoever is in charge of taking photos of the vehicles. Overall, I would recommend Leslie and CarOne to friends and family.

We recently purchased a truck from CarOne, it was a great experience. They buffed out scratches, kept in contact with us at all times, went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and it wouldn’t have been a sale without our salesmen, Ben Kennedy. I will say that their interior detailer could definitely be a bit more thorough but it’s nothing I won’t mind working on myself. Let’s be honest, no one likes getting work done on their car, but at Car One you always leave knowing you are in the best hands! Need a lift to work? They have a driver for that (and a sterilized car de boot)! Want to make sure you’re not being ripped off? They explain why the thing needs replacing, offer pictures to prove it, and do their best to keep your money in your wallet (where it belongs). At Car One I know I’m getting the best service there is! If you need to leave your car there for the day, they have a great driver that you can enjoy pleasant conversations with on your way to work. If you’re concerned about being taken advantage of, they break down the situation and make it make sense. They even keep you updated every step of the way! It’s definitely clear that they love their jobs and they treat their customers like family!! To me that’s super important! Let’s be honest, no one likes getting work done on their car, but at Car One you’re definitely getting quality care and it makes the process a little less grim.
