I have emailed them multiple times to address a mechanical issue but have not heard back. My email is dale2221@gmail.com. Update: I spoke with Greg Jones from Sales who was very helpful and settled my issue. Very professional. They have a small town attitude to keep their customers by making them feel appreciated. I have a very good idea about different sales and service offered at various dealers as over the past 7 years I have purchased 3 new Ford trucks, 2 new Ram trucks but this is my first GMC and I would have to say the service sales and service of GM trucks is the best by a long shot.
