We bought a Rio for our mom from Chris and we are very happy with the purchase and overall experience. He was great to deal with and explained everything very well. They are also doing a great job with safety measures for covid. Would highly recommend Donnelly Kia !!!

I paid for a ''whole shibang'' detail package on my Kia Rio and was not impressed at all. A bunch of spots in my car that were missed, and some of those spots could've easily been taken care of with a detail brush. I don't consider myself to be especially particular/picky, but I find the pictures speak for themselves. I usually get my car cleaned every spring and fall and chose Donnelly Kia this time as a convenient option given the Covid-19 situation right now (drop off and pick up from work), which is great. Jon the service advisor was also great, which is why I gave the 2 stars. The dealership, as mentioned in other comments, needs to work on their detailing methods. Overall: disappointed with the job, satisfied with the service. **Update** Jon contacted me to apologize for the service and offered to redo the detailing. I told him that I had already corrected the missed spots myself, but my wife's Kia Sorento got booked in at a discounted price and further attention to detail with the exception of one wheel that didn't have tire shine on it (ran out perhaps?). 3.5 stars.

Good guys working there especially Derek, they are not pushy at all. The account manager Decio was very nice and helpful. I recommend people to go there if you are looking for a good priced vehicle. Although it was not my time to get a vehicle and decided to wait, they were understanding

I purchased 2020 Kia Sorento last Thursday and it was very pleasant experience. Financing was very quick and smooth and delivery was done in only 2 days. Derek and Rejean were very nice and helped me out at every step of the process. I would strongly recommend this location.
