I was on my way out of time when I realized my tire had been punctured by a nail. I called around and was told that I ''might'' be able to get it fixed in 4-5 hours, which would mean I would have to cancel my trip. I drove into the shop, without calling first, and received immediate, considerate attention. They clearly explained what they could and couldn't do to help me, and then a mechanic interrupted his other work to quickly fix my tire and send me on my way. All while refusing to charge me for the work. I'll definitely be back.

I had a nail in a tire on my Audi A6 and I was looking around the area for a tire repair shop. Ok Tire came recommended to me by a friend. Right from the first call to book an appointment all the way through to the repair, these guys were amazing. They squeezed me in for a same day appointment. When I arrived, they helped me immediately and explained the whole process to me. Note that they repair the tire from the inside, not just plug from the outside. I loved the transparency and honesty throughout the whole process. I had to bring my 6 month old puppy along since I couldn't leave him alone at home and he was spoiled with treats from the guys at the shop. They worked on my tire as quickly as they could and I was able to watch the whole process since they operate with their garage bay doors open. In short, I highly recommend OKTire for your tire repair needs and beyond. Keep up the good work and it's safe to say that you've won over a very happy long term customer!

OK Tire was amazing! Everyone was super professional and friendly. I got my winter tires put on and the service was super quick! They made sure that everything was done safely. I will be going back for sure :)
