Excellent service. Took less time than I anticipated. Courteous personnel. (Service counter as well we their mechanics) All my questions were answered. They made me aware I had a slight leak with the timing chain et voila they set up an appointment which included a replacement car. Neat all covered by my guarantee. Keep it up guys

I was very surprised that Ford Canada paid half of the bill for our Ford Edge. The problem that we had on our vehicule it's something that shouldn't have happened especially for the mileage that we have on it,but bad luck does happen.My wife and myself appreciate the effort that the employes at Albi Ford in Joliette,P.Q. did for us,they managed to contact Ford Canada to see if they could help us out with the bill and they succeded,Bravo,they were very helpfull and very understanding.
