We came to Grenier Occasion to see a 2017 Mazda CX-5 and were greeted by our salesman, Colin Quintal. He offered excellent service and did the most he could to get us the maximum value on the purchase. We never felt pressured to buy, which helped in our decision. Unfortunately, we did not complete the delivery with Colin at no fault of his; the financial director sneaked in a charge that we were not aware of and made it seem perfectly normal to do so. Never have I seen a salesman feel so bad about a dishonest service on the dealership's behalf. We thanked him and wished him all the best. Colin did not deserve to lose the sale and should be working with people as honest and genuine as himself.
