A few weeks ago I reserved a 20ft moving truck with another company. The reservation was made 2 weeks prior to my move for a Sunday. I had a bad feeling and called to make sure my reservation was still good the day before my move. I was told that the reservation was for 1 hour instead of the whole day. (Their mix up). And no trucks were available for not only Sunday but for the entire month. In a panic I called a few places. And no one could get me a truck for the next day or even for that same month. Bristol was the last company I called. I explained my situation to a guy named Zlakto. Don’t know If he felt bad for me but he said not to worry he will have a truck for my move the next day. I got there and he was helping another customer. I got a good vibe from Zlakto just watching how he interacted with the man in front of me. Very professional and you can tell he knew what he was doing. When I got up there he ended up putting me Into a 24ft truck. Way bigger than the other truck I was supposed to get. I feel that he really pulled some strings for me because I did explain my situation. I can’t tell you how much this gesture saved me from a ton of headaches. I highly recommend Bristol. And if you get a chance to meet Zlakto even better. You will see what I mean. Thank you so much Zlakto. I’m sure I’ll be seeing you again. Norm

Able to book online, picked up my truck on time and off I went. So easy and convenient. Would definitely rent from them again. Unlike the orange guys who changed my pick up location and time -without even consulting me. A great experience overall!
