I was looking for a minivan and Autos RR had by far the best selection within 75 kms of me. The sales person was helpful and not pushy like other places. When I chose my car, they were able to get it to me within a few days. Unfortunately there was a problem with a tire that was missed during inspection. When I called Autos RR for a solution, it took some back and forth, but ultimately, they came up with a couple suitable options to have it replaced it. Having bought used cars before, my experience with Autos RR was very positive and I felt like I was dealing with real people, not sales people. I highly recommend.

The salesmen were very friendly and really tried to get us the car we wanted. I went there with my mom. She needed a used car. Specifically a 2011 or 2012 RAV4. I had seen online they (Autos RR) had a black one for sale at a decent price. But when we got there, they told us it was sold. I was gonna storm out because they should have updated their ad. But the salesmen felt genuinely wanting to help (specifically Gilles) without putting any pressure. They ended up selling my mom a 2012 Mazda CX-7, about which my mom was very, very excited. She hadn't been that excited about any of the previous Toyota RAV4 we had seen in the previous days. However, the day before my mom was to take possession of the vehicle, cashier check already done, the salesman texted me because ''he had forgotten to mention'' the vehicle was actually $1,000 MORE than what we had agreed upon. That was after a few mishaps in the process, including wasted trips from our end, a few miscommunications or lack thereof, and on top of it all, the fact the car had a busted turbo. In the end, they did fix/replace the Turbo, we had a chance to clear the misconceptions, no hard feelings. Due to timing and the last minute price difference notification, my mom ended up buying a car somewhere else. Nonetheless, I believe I would still consider this dealer for a future purchase.
