This is by far the best Toyota Dealer that i have visited. I was in the market to change my Corolla and went to many dealers to get a new price and I was always very disappointed with the service until I reached out to Toyota Granby. It was the farthest from my house but it was worth it. Rebecka greated us and was very pleasant, professional and was really the definition of amazing customer service. She is what made us change our mind and has gone 150% above our expectations. She answered my many questions and was was always available. I then met with the commercial director Isabelle which is such a charm to work with. Not the typical good cop-bad cop approach. A stellar .. with so much knowledge and a great sense of humor. to finish. when we were ready to get the car, we were in the great hands of Sylvie which is so funny and very resourceful. I can only say great things about this place.
