So happy with the service we recieved yesterday from your service dept. Our tractor started having starter issues in Hamilton (we are from BC). Manger squeezed us in even tho they were extremely busy and had a new starter waiting for us when we got there. Within an hour tractor was fixed and we were back on the road. Big shout out for the service guys staying late to ensure we were ready to go when our load was ready. Great experience. Thanks again guys :)

I have recieved a remarkable service from them .I had a truck reserved with u haul,and they almost ditched my plan of moving by saying they don’t have a big truck that I reserved.Then I called 15-20 places To look for a 26 foot truck but didn’t find any .Then Karan Sharma on this location came to our rescue and somehow arranged us a truck last minute at a awesome price.Commendable customer Service A Big Thankyou!

People do business with people. We started renting truck from this location since January 2020 for Mattress To Door operations. We had many other options but Karan Sharma was best to provide fast, prompt service ad we found him very easy going to do business with. He helped us arrange cube van on very short notice not just once or twice but on multiple occasion. Now we are committed to do business at this location not just because of Penske but the staff managing it. Now that we are established a bit, this location get majority of our business. Thank you guys for being part of our operations and providing reliable and trustworthy service. Thanks to Karan and his team members and thank to Penske Brampton. I would refer you guys each and every time.
