It's a great place to purchase a Kia. Angie always responded quickly to any queries and was honest enough to tell me when she didn't know something but would look into it. The coffee is excellent (LOL) and they have a kids corner which is nice. Director made an effort to find the color that I wanted (last one in Quebec) which I really appreciated.

I'm changing my review from 5 stars to 3 due to the issue I had with them last year about my tires and my appointment... I was supposed to have winter tires and rims ordered and installed, and it was all paid by someone else. They mixed everything up, I had to wait extra long, no one knew what was going on , I had to explain the situation multiple times to different people... This was all done in advance so I dont understand why it was such an issue. In the end I didnt even have my winter rims, they never even asked if I wanted my tires stored they did anyway and didnt tell me about it , I had to figure it out on my own by looking at the receipt... and they didnt even order the right winter tires .. this season I'm going elsewhere for my tire change so they dont mess up again.

Favorite. Place. To. Go.( for my car needs ) Great service. They take the time it takes to explain what needs to be explained. Just got my car back today and the kids got these adorable teddy bears :) Definitely worth the 45 min drive from my home :)
