I just want to thank Micheal Rainville for his excellent correspondence for our purchase of the 2015 Camaro convertible. We drove 750 plus kilometres to get this car. I bought a used car from them, 2 year old Mazda 3, it got delivered with worn out brakes. I asked for brakes to be addressed, and got ''at this price we can't put any money into it''. Aren't brakes a safety issue? Update: obviously someone made a boo-boo, but management stepped in. They went out of their way to accommodate me. At this point I already fixed the problem, so they send me a check for the repair. No questions asked. Problems happen, it's how you address them , that makes a difference. Deragon certainly stood by their sale. Thank you. On my next car purchase, I will give them a call.
