After Enterprise wouldn't rent to a 22 year old, I was becoming desperate for a car to make my trip. Discount was able to get me a car on the spot and it was the cleanest and brand new car, and under 1000km. Very curtious and profession staff.

I booked a six person vehicle for a one day out of town trip over the holidays, and I was delighted with my experience. The price was more affordable than others and booking online was easy. The following day I received a call from the staff confirming my needs and thoroughly explained all the details. The day before the reservation I received another call, once again confirming my reservation and details. Pick up was quick and easy, staff explained the vehicle features and I was on my way. On returning the vehicle there was a discrepancy on the price I was quoted, and the staff honoured my initial payment. A great experience, would definitely book again and highly recommend. Kudos to the staff at the West London location for the excellent customer service.

Smooth and easy pick up and drop off process, Emma explained me clearly all the rules and conditions, excellent customer service, Joshua offered me a ride home after return, but it wasn't necessary. Brand new vehicles, one of the best Discount branches I have visited so far.
