I just bought a used car from Group Vincent and quite literally had the perfect experience. Sadly I do not speak French but this was no problem. I had the pleasure of being looked after by Dominique who has overseen the whole process from start to finish. She arranged my finance, took care of my trade-in and arranged fo the delivery. Not only that, she personally test drove my car and sent me pictures of it after preparation for delivery. Who does that these days? Amazing! Group Vincent and Trois Rivières might be 160km from where I live but I will be going back there for my next car. If I could give them and Dominique 10 stars, I would. Oh and I love my new car!!!

When buying a car, they did a couple mistakes related with my payment, had to show up a couple times to fix this which was their mistake. They never called me back to schedule an appointment, had to call them back for it. Car was fine after purchase. Disappointed on the service.
