My first time buying a car online and out of province! My online interactions with Michel were fantastic. He was responsive and super helpful. He examined the car and sent me pictures of details that he thought I should be aware of. I then dealt with Julie B in regards to the sales. She made it comfortable negotiating the purchase over emails, texts, and phone calls when necessary. Julie answered all my questions and anticipated responses to some questions that I hadn't even asked! She was helpful throughout the entire process, and when we finally met in person to sign the paperwork, it was nice to have a friendly face and familiar voice to deal with. Not to say that there were no issues throughout the process, but Julie did a great job in assuring me that things would work out.
