I was in the market for a good used 2015 Jetta TDI manual. I found the car online but a very far distance from home. After some time to think about it I decided to call and ask some questions about it. The sales manager Guillaume was who I spoke to and was great to deal with. He answered all the questions the best of his knowledge. Shortly after I called back and said I would take it. Told Guillaume I would be able to fly out from Alberta to Montreal the following morning if that works for him. He had the car in his shop rite away going through it to make it was all ready for pick up the next day. Not only that but he gave me a very good deal on a set of studded winter tires. When I arrived the following morning the car was sitting out side ready to go new tires on and looked just as good as the photos he sent me before I left. The transaction went smooth with great attitude from him and his employees. I drove the car back home 3600km with zero issues and it passed the out of province inspection with out needing anything. With my situation of being on the opposite side of the country and 2 different languages involved it couldn’t have went more smoothly. Customer service is top notch here. Thanks again

We had a wonderful experience with Guillaume and Jesse buying a used car. Surprisingly, they do not act like ''used car salesman''. There was no pressure, no push for extra purchases. Their financing was lower than ALL the dealerships we went to. The car is great, fully inspected and repaired. Great price... I even bought tires for another car because their prices are very competitive. I would recommend Pharand Auto to anyone who wants a hassle free purchase!

I ''accidentally'' came into this shop because i got a flat nearby. After i called CAA, i visited a nearby NAPA. They gave me a list of places to get new tires, but with a subtle wink, told me that these guys were the best. Wow, were they ever right! The staff is friendly, considerate, efficient, honest and trustworthy. The attention to detail is outstanding. I had my kids with me, they provided little things like putting a kids show on TV for them, and just generally being NICE. The job was done quickly, professionally and accurately. Prices were absolutely great. I am giving these guys ALL my business from now on. Fantastic place, Great Service. Fully bilingual, considerate, empathetic, friendly staff. Oh... and they are very well set up to do physical distancing, have hand sanitizer and plexiglass shields, so they care for their staff as well as their clients. Highly recommended.

from the second I walked in it was CLASS A service. I contacted Jessey about a truck and we starting chatting by email. conversation was super smooth and informative. we decided to get together as I had a trade in he would need to evaluate and I wanted to see the truck in question. Jessey stayed late to let me take the car for a test drive and before I knew it we were signing papers. He told me from the start that the car had not been cleaned or inspected yet and that both the clean up and inspection would be done in the next couple of days. he stayed true to his word and a few days later we were scheduled for delivery. a couple of days in, check engine light............... I called Jessey and he apologized, got me in touch with Michael in the service side of the dealership and he continued the CLASS A service. I brought the car which was giving a loose gas cap error. so they changed the gas cap and the message came back. Michael informed me he would have to run a special test. we scheduled it and I dropped of my car. they provided a loaner and I was on my way. Michael kept me informed once the test was done and let me know he would not have the part till the next day so. the communication and professionalism of this USED CAR DEALER is above and beyond what you would expect. I would strongly recommend this dealer if anyone is looking for a QUALITY used vehicle. thank you Jessey and Michael.
