Mont-Bleu Ford

I live in Gloucester, but I ended up going here because of a search I did online for a used Ford Edge. I will definitely be coming back here first for my next car. Big thank you to Patrick Scrivener for helping us out. No pressure at all, quick to answer all questions, or if we had any hesitations about anything he made sure we got the answers we needed. Also very professional, there were a few times when we were talking with him when his cell phone was going off, and he didn't even look at it, just silenced it and focused on us. He also really knew his stuff, showing us practical features of the car we were looking at, that we probably wouldn't even find out about otherwise. Dominique in the fincance department was also very nice to deal with, again, no pressure or arguments, but very informative. I highly recommend this dealership's sales department, you will have a great experience with an established business that values their customers.

I was in the market for a used/demo 2018 Ford Mustang GT. I was able to locate several on line, but the price from Mont Bleu was the best. I live in Toronto, and was willing to make the trip to Gatineau to get the vehicle provided i was satisfied by the way they did business. I called the dealer and the first person i spoke to was Patrick Scrivener, he was helpful, polite and went out of his way to get my business. I am a tough customer, and i made a lot of requests for information, photos, videos, tire measurements (the list goes on). At all times Patrick provided me with all the information i requested. I was a little apprehensive about buying the car in Gatineau, then having to pay for additional taxes when i brought it in to Ontario. Patrick assured me there wouldn't be any issues and included in the sales contract that Mont Bleu Ford would pay the taxes on my behalf, and certify/register the vehicle in Ontario. Mont Blue Ford is licenced to sell cars in both Quebec and Ontario and they prepared all the paperwork for me, and when i went to the MTO in Ontario, the registration was smooth, and no surprises (although i expected there to be issues as i had never done this before). The lady at the MTO was familiar with Mont Bleu Ford, and said that she had dealt with them regularly and had never had any issues with them, their paperwork or their business practices. In short i just want to say thank you to Patrick Scrivener, Marc-André Leblanc, Dominic and George Petric (the owner - he came to thank me when i purchased the vehicle and was about to leave, it was a very nice touch). Since leaving the car has performed fabulously, and if i am in the market for another vehicle i will go see them, it was worth the drive. Ford dealers in Ontario could learn a thing or two from them. I just picked up a new F150 from Mont Bleu and it was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a new vehicle. From the initial conversation to delivery was seamless and painless. Devon was able to track down multiple vehicles that fit my requests and had everything put together and delivered in 3 days, even with the current complications and social distancing. I would not hesitate, for an instant to recommend George, Devon or Mont Bleu to anyone. Top notch staff, amazing customer service and unbeatable pricing. For the first time I can actually say that I’m looking forward to my next purchase rather then dreading it. Wonderful and super helpful staff! My husband and I drive all the way from Toronto to buy our Ford only from them! We have gotten our 3rd one today and as always the service was exceptional. They even stayed longer to wait for us past their closing time and made sure we were happy and taken care of! Thank you and see you next time!

Visited the dealership yesterday to look at an F150. This is the best experience I have had at a new car dealership in 30 years! Devon, the salesman assigned to us, was great. They know how to deal with clients properly. Will be recommending this dealership to friends and family for sure.
