My husband & I just purchased a 2020 F150 & a 2017 Fusion Energi from Justin at Sterling Ford. The process was seamless and their COVID protocols were on point. Everyone was wearing masks & they provided sanitizer which was great. They were very accommodating, friendly & professional. Service Department/COVID-19 - I was hesitant to bring my car in to have my winter tires changed (specifically due to the pandemic); however, I am beyond impressed with the service I received. After a nice call to Chad in the Service Department, I was offered a valet service where two employees came to pick up my car. My tires were changed and I received a thorough cleaning from the messy winter months (and young kids). My car was promptly dropped back off within a few hours, and the employees had protective gear on and wiped down my car upon leaving. Going above and beyond can be difficult these days, but the Sterling Team is certainly an exception to this. I would highly recommend their services for your future requirements!

This is my second vehicle purchase from Sterling, and I do not think that it will be my last. Matt is an incredible sales person and absolute pleasure to deal with. Their other staff is helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for Ford.
