Car wasn't prepped as per contract. Said they coudn't do what was discussed anymore. Update: I called Sylvain as per his comment and he fixed the issues. They take customer service seriously and he was even present during the car delivery to ensure everything went smoothly. I am now satisfied and changed my rating from 1 star to 4.

Went in today to have my oil changed and tires swapped and it went incredibly well. The service was excellent and I was even able to have the scratch on the side of my car fixed without hassle while I was there. Incredibly satisfied with the service (from Catherine, I believe). Definitely recommended!

My car service actually cost me less than the original estimation, Im pleasantly surprised. My last experience from this place that dates to 2015 was horrible, Im glad that I gave them a second chance.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Nissan. Over the years, my husband and I, we’ve bought 4 cars (used and new) and we’ve always enjoyed doing business with them. The staff were remarkably friendly from start to finish. Pricing on the cars is fair and the buying process is quick and easy. They helped walk us through the financing aspect step by step. The car I found was everything I wanted and more. We’ve always left with a great deal on our new (used) cars and now another great deal with my brand new car. We would definitely go back there again due to the excellent customer service from Adel Wahba. We highly recommend him, he is very professional and trustworthy. Thank you to for another positive, enjoyable, stress-free and wonderful experience.
