Today Lombardi Honda had an electricity shutdown . The employees worked with me and other customers to help us . I believe some customer are complaining for no reason when I read some comments . I’ve been a customer for the last 11 years . They have always been gentle and respectful . Always got fair prices and great service . Honestly people should compare and see the difference sometime .It’s really too easy to complain for nothing in our days . See the goods things and not always try to find problems where there is none . Customer should be rated too , i don’t think all of them would have 5 stars ⭐️! Anyways I give you 5 stars for the last 11 years ! Best regards . Karim.J

The service at this dealer has been always exceptional, personal thanks to Julian, Miguel,Julia & Joe for the excellent customer service and their professionalism, and I will always refer my family and friends. However my last visit there has been very unpleasant because of one of the mechanic. I purchased a new car last week and it already started having problem however when I tried explaining the concern to the Mechanic not only he was listening to my concern but he straight out told the service manager that “ he is wasting my time “. I am very disappointed

Great communication, very clean, everyone was friendly and willing to help with anything. Kyran and Antoine was our Sales Rep and wheres excellent. Was willing to get to the numbers we were comfortable with and made sure we were satisfied. Highly recommend their service :)
