It was my first time there to service my car and during the COVID-19 crisis, people are nice and they are aware of sanitizing and social distancing. Going to the service section you’ll feel safe and Benoit was professional and keep you informed with nice suggestions. I will definitely go back again.

Awesome service and advice from Samuel! This is my first car purchase so I had many questions. He is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions immediately. He made the process very relaxing and without pressure. He also offered a test drive so I would feel comfortable with my car choice. When I went to pickup the car, Guillaume was there to help me (as Samuel was off the evening). He explained thoroughly the papers and made sure I understood before I signed anything. He also offered me a detailed demonstration of the car before I left. For a first time car purchase, I had a very pleasant experience at Groupe Park Avenue and I would definitely recommend!

I wish I could give negative stars. Horrible service. Was extremely rude to us. I get that you didnt want to negotiate but there was NO REASON to be this rude to us. You could learn a thing or two from dealers in Ontario. The sales rep put in no effort to make his sale. If you can sell the car to someone else, guess what? I can buy a car from somewhere else as well. Basically asked us to leave- didnt even put in the effort to show another car or options. Not sure why this place has good reviews. Sales rep we dealt with was Richard. Edit- we went back and asked for someone else and we were kindly served by Jacob and Emily who were definitely much much nicer!
