I had a stellar experience at this dealership. My car was stolen and I was shopping for a new vehicle. The dealership assisted me by phone to find the model I was looking for (hybrid Highlander)but it was only to be delivered one month later and I wanted to test drive it before committing to buy. They nonetheless asked me to come by and after verifying my credit, they lent me a Highlander (gas) for a whole month, no limit of mileage. When my vehicle arrived, I test drove it and there was absolutely no pressure to buy. I bought the vehicle after all. Tommy the salesman was extremely gratious. This was by far my best experience at a dealership, not even close.

I'm 58 yrs old and have bought numerous cars before and this was my best and easiest transaction. I bought a used car and Sales rep Vannero was great to deal with. On the day to pick up my car, Vannero said they found a small crack at the bottom of the windshield and gave me a rdvz to get it replaced. I had not noticed it and would of had to replace it myself. Thanks again.
