Toyota St-Eustache

My first experience buying a Toyota, and it was very pleasant. No hassle, rather quickly done without tons of paperwork like in some other places, also none of the going back and forth with the boss while they make you wait (Something else I've seen in other places), plus I got a very decent price for my trade-in. Would definitely recommend this dealership, even to friends and family. Edit: Now the car itself, a 2019 hybrid RAV4 has all sorts of problems starting in -20 weather, and won't start at all at -25. Toyota Canada has no clue what the issue is and has shown no progress after months of investigation. Stay away from this specific model.

I bought a used 2015 Toyota Camry back in January 2020. All in all it was a great experience. Nicolas Quinlan was my sales person and he was good to deal with, no sleazy pressure tactics, he was very relaxed and knew his stuff. Next I dealt with Joelle for financing and after sales like extended warranties and what not, she was absolutely fantastic, a true asset to the dealership. She made the process very personable we talked about motorcycles and snowmobiles while we were waiting for the approval of the financing and she presented the products in a very informative matter without being pushy in the slightest and her english is very good. I finally dealt with Jacynthe Vincent for the scheduling of picking up the car and she was really pleasant as well as informative. Without hesitation a would buy another car from St-Eustache Toyota. Just a note for people who are considering possibly buying a car from here and are from Ontario and don't speak french. Don't worry do it and save yourself thousands of dollars. Ottawa car prices are crazy expensive, Gatineau is cheaper than Ottawa but the greater Montreal area is significantly cheaper than Gatineau and Ottawa. As for language both Nicolas and Jacynthe were willing to speak to me in english but my spoken french is quite good so we spoke in french but again they were very willing to speak to me in english and like I mentioned in my review Joelle's english is impeccable. You will get not only a great price but a great service as well.

I will start 3 stars ..i bought the 2019 toyota highlander to Jonathan he gave us an amazing deal and service for our first toyota highlander and now here is my first experience after 2000 Km i heard a noise under the front of the truck its like something is falling apart and i look under the engine and suspension and found out the right front strut shock is leaking and maybe more problem i dont know what to say ....''1 month old car'' i am very dissapointed :c
