I bought Mazda 3 2016 from this dealership and it was the best price that I found. I appreciate Marc for his cooperation, he is really responsible. But I am really disappointed with financial department Mrs. Laetitia who did my finance. She never answer the phone, I called her at least 5 time and left a message, I did not get any answer and call.

I dealt with Marc Allard and he was fantastic. Answered my phone calls at 7:30 am, always called me back to give me more information and did the best he could for me. He really works for his customers, If your going to Mazda Longueuil ask for Marc. A big thank you Marc

I first went to this dealer when there was a recall for my 2016 Mazda 3 which I bought in Laval. The gentleman at the service treated me as a valued customer, as though I was paying thousands of dollars for a repair. I took note because my treatment in Laval was quite the opposite, and when came the time to change my car I went to see them. The salesman was great, no pressure tactics, clear, friendly, honest and the upper management were very supportive and respectful. Customer service should always be an integral part of a car sales experience and I've experienced some of the absolute worst at Subaru and Toyota. However at this Mazda dealer I was treated as I should be, a customer spending his hard earned cash on one of the most important purchases a person can make.
