I will give 3 stars - a passing mark, a 60%. There is an extreme lack of communication between the service department, the sales department and the managers which overall leads to not horrible service (because each party will do their best to resolve any issue) however, very poor end results. One sales manager will refer you onto the service manager, who will tell you something entirely different (you walk out very happy) and then in the end, no end result is obtained, you're back at Square 1. Over a dispute with Enterprise (the rental car company they use), I was told they would pay for my car (by enterprise and FORD as well, FORD CANADA and the dealershipl, plus various managers at the dealerships as well). I am paying extra in my lease for this. This, almost 3 months later is not the case. Enterprise locations has now sent my file into collections (something I told Desjardins ford would happen over a month ago when I brought them the first invoice, managers said they would cover it, but who knows with a 6 headed dragon running the show???) They have affected my credit, and my overall confidence in this dealership. There are some honourable mentions in this place, yet I can't say for certain if they actually mean what they say. I was even told by Enterprise Corporate Regional office that Desjardin Ford had decided to pay for an invoice totalling $280, moments later, Desjardin Ford called me saying ''Nope, we won't cover it'' Talk about poor communication again. Again, I will give a passing mark, A for effort, but nothing more.
