Garage Blainville Service Volvo

I definitely recommend this place, the highly trained personnel is willing to go above and beyond to get your Volvo back up and running using quality parts at a reasonable price. (We're talking about Volvo, just like BMW and Benz, the replacement parts are expensive) Anyone who owns a Volvo that's out of warranty should definitely give them a try.

I have to say that it was probably the best repair shop I've ever been too. The employees and the bosses treat you with respect and will do their best to please you. Great price and clean workplace.

Blainville Volvo is a great place to go for a car inspection before buying a used car. I brought in a used car in from another seller to check a light problem that appeared on the day of purchase. I decided to get a complete inspection after some issues were spotted by Blainville Volvo mechanics, such as a very slight unevenness of the trunk closure. Even though the other car dealer provided me with CarFax report that was clean with no reported accidents, Blainville Volvo identified immediately two previous accidents by lifting the trunk carpet to check welding and as well at the front of the car high into the wheel wells. Blainville Volvo saved me a huge amount of trouble. The car was returned to the dealer with no issues, because Blainville Volvo provided me with a comprehensive report, took the time to lift the car to explain the issues, allowed me to photograph all the problems and even offered to follow up if there were any questions. The car inspection from Blainville was far more thorough than what the other car dealer had its certified mechanic do. I can't thank Blainville Volvo enough because they helped me avoid the issue of buying a car with undocumented repairs from another car dealer.

Excellent service, neat and well done job. My Volvo runs great thanks to them. That's for sure that I'm going back! Thank you, guys!

update - 2020 My second purchase from the team at “Garage Blainville Volvo” and couldn’t be happier. They guaranteed that if it needed anything for an Ontario safety, they would either get it fixed or send parts to my local mechanic. It passed the safety with flying colors – however my mechanic found a issue that Eli immediately offered to correct whenever it suited me. Spending a couple of hours in their shop listening to their staff handle their clients respectfully and courteously, I can see why they are as good as they are. Good customer service, good quality repair, good sales inventory… definitely worth making the 2.5 hr drive to this location - and will be doing it again... _________________________________________ 2018 - Great Place for sales and service. Worth the 2.5hrs drive from Carleton Place, On. We were sceptical about purchasing a car out of province. Simon and the team ensured the car was perfect for us when we picked it up - including new AC compressor (it needed it). Simon also assured us that they would stand behind their product should it not pass the Ontario Safety inspection - THEY DID. There was a rear shock that started to leak, they shipped one out to us immediately because we didn’t want to take a day off to drive back. My wife was concerned that there may be a language barrier, none to be found – Simon is incredible. Ontarians: take a look at their inventory. Just not when I’m going to purchase my next Volvo :).
