We bought this van over the phone and e-mailed the sales contract after looking at it on FaceTime - including listening in the engine and inspecting underneath. Our sales advisor, Arnel, picked me up from the airport and I drove our new Sprinter the 3600 km home to Calgary from Montreal. For us to encounter the van we wanted at our budget was great. Auto Sur Commande Rive-Nord did a great job preparing the van and it looked like new. To receive the service, kindness, and efficiency made it no stress. To have Arnel as a great communicator, sending tons of photos, finding and picking up some parts for converting the van and much more was over the top.
