Sales rep Michael was great, very patient, answers all questions & great sense of humour; definitely good at this. Only point to make is after the deal was done, made a come back appointment to pay & pick up car, was specifically asked to come in around a certain time by the finance person because thar was when he would be there. We obliged, but were passed over to an associate who was fine though did not ask for proof of insurance. Also, when purchasing the car, was told that they would look into cleaning up some markings on back bumper. Upon picking up car, no one knew about that & was told we would get a call back but never did. All in all, a good experience, but details guys, customer happiness does not end when you get the money.
