Big Thank-you to Benoit Fichault & his fantastic staff after I recently went to Fichault Kia in Chateauguay for the first time. Lost my only key during the bad windstorm recently and luckily for me my great service advisor, Jessy Pilon-Lemire went out of her way to: 1. Immediately fit me into a very busy schedule and then 2. Arrange two mechanical recalls to be done along with getting my new key made! All this done during busy winter tire season - and quickly - WOW! I highly recommend this very friendly & professional dealership for the fantastic customer service - Thanks again!
