Had our 1st scheduled maintenance and an update on a computer software on our 2020 Sportage this morning. In & out within 1hr as they told me. So far our experience has been great with the sales department and the service department! Keep it up the great work ladies and gents!👍

I very much appreciate all of your hard work, and your professional, friendly & accommodating attitude & demeanour! I met with Gerry in Service, where he verified that all of the work was done and he found me a mag lock key for the wheels. He was very kind & helpful and I look forward to future service appointments in your garage On my way out, I am happy to have had the opportunity to thank all of you in person for all that you have done for me. That’s a pretty great team at Spinelli Kia….I will certainly recommend you & Spinelli Kia to friends & family. On my way out, I was so excited to get into my new car that I forgot to pick up my two shiny new Spinelli Kia key rings. Hopefully if I’m in the area one day, it’s alright if I stop in to pick them up. You all truly made the process painless & actually very enjoyable from sales to processing & service! I honestly wish I could go higher than 5 stars as this is bar none the best car buying experience I have ever had. Fast, courteous, friendly and efficient I could not ask for more. My situation was a little peculiar but Georges made sure the transaction went smoothly and took care of every little detail. Very highly recommended, thank you for the amazing service, we will be enjoying our Niro for many years to come.
