Went it for my partner to check out vehicles on a trade in. And three days later went back to see Micheal Kat . By far super professional , willing to make sure his clients are happy. Best off all dosnt try to push a sale but looks for what you want in a vehicle. Over all very impressed with his people skills , friendliness and work ethic. Mike made the opportunity to have a beautiful vehicle easy.

(Updated below) Bought Toyota Corolla 2016 last week with my friend there. The car overall was nice, needed mechanical tweaks, like changing brakes and tires, did a nice deal about these. But also found some cosmetic things on the body and it was included in the list that these things need to be polished - they did nothing about it, but manager was swearing that they did. Also while they were fixing breaks, new scratches appeared on the car and manager was assuring that they were there even before. Also we asked them to clean salt near pedals - you know what they did? just pure some water there to male salt invisible right before we took the car, next day all salt was there when floor dried out. Another bad experience was with their commercial director - Eric Ireland. He was very nice and polite until we refused to buy additional warranty for the car, as soon we said NO - he said that our interest rate goes up by 1% and changed his face significantly. The day when we we taking the car from them he was nice again, but impression was different already... Was it difficult to polish the car, clean the salt and be nice not until the moment we said no to additional warranty??? I think nowadays this review will cost them more than they saved on that car! Cheers, Hyundai St Jean! Update, 06 July 2020. Received a call from Chris (director of used cars sales) same day as review was left. I was expecting the call but not so fast, bravo to customer service! He was very nice, polite and open to resolve this issue. I explained on the phone all the problems and added that car also need touch paint in some places. I had a direct contact with Chris to arrange an appointment that would fit to my friend. When my friend brought the car to dealership, he was said that fixes might take some time so he got a replacement car from hyundai while his toyota was in service. Today he got his car back. He is happy, all things are polished, salt removed from the floor and touch up paint was given as a present. My conclusion : nice place to buy a car, amazing customer service. I would recommend this dealership to a friend! Cheers to people that taking care of their customers and business!
