I highly recommend working with Alexandra. For some irrelevant reasons, we could not even buy from this store but they sound very honest. They care and follow up and try to help you. Their pricing sounds very good too. Very good customer service.

After looking around for a suitable car for a little while, I ended up buying my first Hyundai here. Alexandra P. was a wonderful Sales Rep, she took her time to explain all the details, answer my many questions and did her best to give me the most suitable option available that meets my expectations and stick within my budget. When it came to service, Leticia provided an impeccable customer service as well, all the way through until I left the lot. I have to say this is a hard working team that do their best to provide a great experience for their clients; From the receptionists to the sales reps to the service. Overall I’m very happy with my purchase!

thank you to the receptionist on Monday night around 6:00pm for making sure the customers are well served, kindly asking if there was anything she could do to answer our questions while we waited for a salesmen. At least we did not sit and do nothing. She did help me find a few used cars that might interest me for future visits.

Alexandra the young sales representative who sold me my awesome new accent was superb! So quick, clever and knowledgeable I felt I was being treated like a sister. We were looking for getting a bigger car after having our 2nd child and we got referred to Hyundai Vaudreuil. From the start they were so helpful and understanding of our situation. Gabriel was a great salesman and made sure to get us what we needed. Alex in the finance department was incredible. He helped us get everything we wanted and was very helpful and especially very patient with us and our back and forth calls since we couldn’t go to them physically because of the virus Honestly thank you guys so much for your help and making this purchase one of the easiest.
