I walked in this dealer after visiting a few others and having a horrific experience with Park Avenue Chrysler in Brossard, I was hoping to finally come across a well balanced and respectful human (LOL) to sell me a car. ok... long story short, I am in no obligation to own a new car, nor desperate or eager, I am actually very good with my 500$ bazzooooo, but if the right people tended to my needs and actually listened, I was a buyer. Duclos did the job, I am not just happy, I am ecstatic because the service was 100% in my case, I know it won't be always perfect for everyone, but for me, they were right on point. Listened, showed that the customer mattered, did follow up phone calls because I was looking for a specific vehicle. When it came down to being honest and saying they couldn't find what I wanted, solutions were proposed and I accepted the offer. WOW!!! Thank you Duclos team. Yes you sell cars, and yes sometimes there is pressure, yes people have bad days, but this experience I had with them was positive and worth mentioning. Excellent service! Friendly people from my salesman Fabian to the manager, the receptionist or the finance lady. I asked them many small details about my purchase, a Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit 2015, and was answered in a very short time. I would recommend this dealership!

Service personnel are honest and I was truly impressed when I asked that the transmission fluid be changed in my 2016 Durango, but I was told that it was not required as oil is good for life of the transmission. They saved me $500 by being honest, so I tipped the mechanic $20.00 and the service technicians $10.00 for their honesty. Will be visiting them again if so needed.
