The owners (Nino and Renato) are a class act that run an amazing dealership. They instill the same values in their staff which in return are always very helpful, pleasant and always exceeding customers expectations. I have been with Land Rover Laval for over 10 years and have been very satisfied with service. They take time to explain and don't put any pressure on the client to take decisions. The client is treated like an important person. I have been helped recently by Naf at parts and I must say the service was courteous and quick. he is very patient! Thank you to all the team!

First time dealing with Jaguar Laval and OMG what a super experience. I called for something so simple like crossbars for my car and paint to cover small rock chips and Naf Singh made me feel like the most important customer in the world!!! I would highly recommend Jaguar Laval, at least the parts department to everyone that owns a Jag. I cannot wait to see how well I am treated by the service department, and one day soon by the sales team!!! Hats off to the owners for hiring such a super employee. It shows that when the owners are great to their employees, that the employees go the extra mile to satisfy their customers needs!
